Btw this test case shows that MSan handles fpext differently from vcvthf2fp (ditto for fptrunc vs. vcvtfp2hf). Once this patch lands, MSan should probably be updated to use the "old" vcvthf2fp/vcvtfp2hf instrumentation for cross-platform fpext/fptrunc.
