Subject: [PATCH] [Hexagon] Add cmake cache files for cross-toolchain
distribution build
Add and extend clang/cmake/caches/hexagon-unknown-linux-musl-clang*
to drive install-distribution builds: host tools, per-target builtins,
and runtimes for hexagon-unknown-linux-musl.
