[clang] Updating tests for usage of CLANG_RESOURCE_DIR (clang/test/Driver/driverkit-path.c) (1/4) (PR #197154)

@ian-twilightcoder, thanks for the suggestion! I've updated the test to use `-print-resource-dir` to determine the correct directory and the test now searches for that instead of trying to use a regex to guess at it.
