Minor formatting nit, but I think this is reasonable. I still am not certain of array parameter test cases for HLSL, however, so if @llvm-beanz has some bandwidth to weigh in, that would be appreciated. If we don't hear back from him by next week though, I think this is fine to land as-is assuming @ojhunt has no additional concerns.
