- Are you speaking about keeping these global-like variables in sync with other objects that "know" the Block / LocationContext (e.g. the `ExplodedNode`s have a `LocationContext`) ?
- Or are you speaking about keeping the different "handlers" (the "Handle" methods?) in sync with each other?
