The diagnostic is wrong, the fix is wrong, the test cases are bad, and the excess comments are all indicative that this entire PR is slop.

LLVM policy requires you disclose the use of AI tools, it requires you understand the change, and you have the same level of responsibility for a PR as you would have if you authored it yourself.

I do not see any evidence of human involvement in the PR, and there is no disclosure of the use of AI.
