Thanks for the PR. Unfortunately, this does not fix the issue described in https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/issues/182175. Perhaps the title of that issue was misleading. It is not about "no-prototype" functions but rather about variadic functions that were called without a declaration.

The test case you've added in this PR appears to pass without the code change from the PR.

Try using the small reproducer in the issue as the test case.
