This looks pretty good aside from the couple things I pointed out. 

@evelez7 I'm not sure what we want/should do about the nested enum output. We probably need to look at handling that w/in the class output, but that doesn't belong in this PR. I guess my inclination is to file an issue on github, CC us on it, tag it w/ clang-doc, and then put a FIXME in the source.
