Subject: [PATCH] [clang-tidy] Do not lint on attribute macros
cppcoreguidelines-macro-usage lint incorrectly identifies these macros
as candidates for rewrite into template arguments.
There are no, variadic or not, equivalent to these macros using
templated functions.
