[clang] feat: Add AVX512 support for constant interpreter test (PR #156227)

Adds test coverage for `fexperimental-new-constant-interpreter` to `avx512cd-builtins.c` and `avx512vlcd-builtins.c` as part of the work to ensure all x86 intrinsics are handled correctly by the new interpreter. This addresses the task in issue #155814.
