To initialize all elements of a primitive array at once. This saves us from creating the InitMap just to destroy it again after all elements have been initialized.

Subject: [PATCH] [clang][bytecode] Add Pointer::initializeAllElements()
To initialize all elements of a primitive array at once. This saves us
from creating the InitMap just to destroy it again after all elements
