LOG: [NFC] Fix formatting for #80963 (#131100)

This PR fixes formatting issues in `constructor-template.cpp` introduced
in #130866.

Changes:  
- Ran `clang-format` to adhere to LLVM style guidelines.  
- No functional changes.
