This feels awfully specific for a "don't care" value - it probably deserves a comment to the effect that "we need a triple in order to create a target info, but which target doesn't matter for our purposes". Also I'd probably simplify this to either use a valid dxil triple or just "x86_64" (or "dxil"), just because the darwin triple in an HLSL test is likely to confuse people.
