I think this is required behaviour otherwise the check wouldn't be able to convert the unfortunately normal:

The _modernise-use-std-print_ check currently does the same thing and is [documented](https://clang.llvm.org/extra/clang-tidy/checks/modernize/use-std-print.html) as doing so.
