There are a lot `- 2` in Serialization and SourceManager. I just tried to follow that. Sadly I didn't find clear comments explaining this. By reading the codes, I think it is trying to skip 2 dummy SLocEntries (the invalid source location and invalid expansion location, see `SourceManager::clearIDTables()`) since they are not sensitive to the context.
