Subject: [PATCH 1/2] [PowerPC] Emit libcall to frexpl for calls to
 frexp(ppcDoublDouble)

On Linux PPC call lib func ``frexpl`` for calls to ``frexp()`` for input
of type PPCDoubleDouble.
