Not sure if we've already discussed it, but it should not be `ByteIndexed`. We need the index to be multiplied by element size, c.f. https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/blob/9250fbd2a187b102765f2747fa804640a9468ed3/clang/lib/CodeGen/CGBuiltin.cpp#L9603
