Subject: [PATCH 2/6] Emit type metadata on vtables if IRPGO instrumentation or
 profile use is on. - Add test case in clang/test/Driver directory. Undo the
 change (added   in previous commit in this PR) in
 clang/test/CodeGenCXX/type-metadata.cpp   since the test coverage is in clang
 driver.
