Possibly verifier ignores it? Because I dont see any verifier error compiling this testcase:

  void NoParams();
  void TestParamArityMismatchNonPortable(int x) {
    [[clang::nonportable_musttail]]
    return NoParams();
  }

But yeah, this is something we need to solve somehow.
