+1, this breaks building LLVM on macOS.

This isn't limited to libFuzzer. See the many hits for "error:" on https://logs.chromium.org/logs/chromium/buildbucket/cr-buildbucket/8799329305964156353/+/u/package_clang/stdout?format=raw

Let's revert this until LLVM can build again.
