Some tests will fail if `-DLLVM_ENABLE_NEW_PASS_MANAGER=off` is specified. But I see 5 tests have failed with `-DLLVM_ENABLE_NEW_PASS_MANAGER=off`, so perhaps we should not worry too much now.
