Yeah, our automation appears to have tripped up on the weird character in the name (which is why I noticed this in the first place). Easy enough to handle manually.

Yes, I removed it in 10bb837feb22ad70dc4acc3d2cdb5be7f45d1c21.
(A command-line mistake compounded by a careless git commit --amend -a)
The filename also has a nonprintable character after "tl", which might cause problems for some tools, though I hope not.
