[PATCH] D99797: [analyzer] Implemented RangeSet::Factory::unite function to handle intersections and adjacency

Reworked the solution. Returned to Implemented two versions of the same algorithm. Most optimized (but more verbose) and generalized one (but less optimized).
Added a bit more tests. @vsavchenko , please, look.
