[PATCH] D43002: Emit S_OBJNAME symbol in CodeView

Simplify.
Added coverage when using `clang-cl` since this is a MSVC-specific feature.
When `-fdebug-compilation-dir=.` is used, relative paths are now emitted in the `S_OBJNAME` record.
