I got an email like this "Harbormaster failed remote builds in B48237 <https://reviews.llvm.org/B48237>: Diff 248536!" but there is no further information.  It builds OK from my workstation.  I did have to paste the review because an upload to Phabricator exceeded the size limit, could that be why?  Is there a way to get more information about the build failure?
