LOG: [clangd] Remove the hanging lit exit-signal.test.
The test was introduced in
https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/commit/19ac0eaf07e60173baa7ee77fa11568c30b87455.
The test keeps hanging after running "check-clangd", remove it now
and will add it back later after investigations.
