LOG: [opaque pointer types] Add element type argument to IRBuilder CreatePreserveStructAccessIndex and CreatePreserveArrayAccessIndex
Summary:
These were the only remaining users of the GetElementPtrInst::getGEPReturnType
method that gets the element type from the pointer type.
Remove that method since its now dead.
