[PATCH] D67122: [UBSan][clang][compiler-rt] Applying non-zero offset to nullptr is undefined behaviour

Add test that show that `__builtin_offsetof()` / `((uintptr_t)(&(((S *)nullptr)->y)))` are already not sanitized.
