[PATCH] D53076: [analyzer] Enhance ConditionBRVisitor to write out more information

- Implemented a 'look forward' feature to see if the constraint changed.
- Removed known value printing.
- Removed 'Assuming...' pieces where the condition is known to be true.
- Side effect: too many generic assumption message.
