Actually I was thinking of more like static-init-wasm.cpp - which seemed to
have the attribute list numbers hardcoded & presumably isn't
checking/caring about them.
But also, looking closer - I'm guessing a bunch of other tests that got the
-disable-O0-optnone treatment were because of similar overly-constrained
tests? I assume they don't actually need this feature disabled, do they?
(is there much need in general for a flag to disable this functionality?)
