Certainly agreed in general (I've made a start over the last couple of
days). Do you include things like Triple and ELF (e.g. relocations) in
that? It may well be possible to get LLVM building with those
separated, though testing them could be tricky.

Thanks for your other suggestions. I vaguely saw the
register-numbering going past earlier but forgot to check back when it
was finished. It should make those sections much nicer.
