  [MemCpyOpt] Use EarliestEscapeInfo (#110280)

Pass EarliestEscapeInfo to BatchAA in MemCpyOpt. This allows memcpy
elimination in cases where one of the involved pointers is captured
after the relevant memcpy/call.
