Hello,

I finished testing llvm-10.0.0 RC2  on Power PC 64bit Little Endian Ubuntu
16.04 machine and have uploaded the binary from IBM.
The sha1 file is attached.

When using ninja (-use-ninja) with test-release.sh, there were no failures.
But when I did not use ninja the following failures were encountered both
in Release & Release+Asserts Flavors.
