Thanks. However, I'm specifically interested in using the MinGW compiler 
shipped with Cygwin (i.e. "gcc -mno-cygwin") and using Cygwin tools 
(make, ...). Of course, I could probably install MSYS/MinGW just to 
compile LLVM and produce the libraries.
