I don't see it. I am opposed to adopting a code of conduct that
doesn't very explicitly states that we are not trying to change
things.

It is fine to disagree. It is not fine to allow the code of conduct to
change the fact that right now I can write an email or a patch that
uses the word "dominator" or the expression "cargo cult". As written
the code of conduct would be changing that.
