[PATCH] Add tools check on Linux LNT

Hi Renato,

Is this because those tools are required by the LLVM test-suite? I would
rather have the check there than in LNT itself. If it is going to be in
LNT, then I would like it to be isolated to the lnt.tests.nt module.
