[PATCH] Fix recent ARM remote-MCJIT regression

Hi Tim,

The patch looks good on all different boards vs. OSs I tested, seems like
you found the source of it. Thanks for working on it!

Feel free to commit, possibly removing the lit.cfg, but keeping the remote
tests on a different dir for now.
