[PATCH] Fix recent ARM remote-MCJIT regression

Hi Tim,

So far so good, I'm testing on my last old Panda and will let you know.

Regarding lit.cfg on the remote dir, I think you should either remove the
file completely or just comment the match, so that other people can use the
same pattern later on (ex. MIPS). I personally would remove it altogether,
since there are other examples elsewhere.
