ARM buildbots don't clean

Hi,

I think this is a good thing to do pursuant to the goals we have for the bots, but although they _are_ the bots I was looking for... or at least am constantly looking at, they aren't my bots. But if you and Galina are happy to do run bots with these options, then that's great!

If nothing else, if it falls over we'll have learned something.

If you're happy with not cleaning the builds on ARM buildbots, let me know and I'll commit the attached patch.

I think we can get a much better coverage on real issues this way, and we can always login and clean ourselves if not. Would be good to use the weekend to make sure nothing goes terribly bad.
