ARM buildbots don't clean

Hi David, Galina,

If you're happy with not cleaning the builds on ARM buildbots, let me know
and I'll commit the attached patch.

I think we can get a much better coverage on real issues this way, and we
can always login and clean ourselves if not. Would be good to use the
weekend to make sure nothing goes terribly bad.
