Preprocessed source

The segfault occurs randomly during compilation. When executing a benchmark
with 177 kernels, the error occurs 1-2 times on my system.

release-12.0.1 source is compiled on ubuntu 18.04 using gcc-10 and these flags:

cmake -G Ninja -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release
-DLLVM_ENABLE_PROJECTS='clang;clang-tools-extra;compiler-rt;openmp'

I attach preprocessed source and script, although I cannot reproduce the
segfault with the script.
