            Bug ID: 45972
           Summary: Failure to optimize division by abs(x) to sign check
           Product: libraries
           Version: trunk
          Hardware: PC
                OS: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: P
         Component: Scalar Optimizations
          Assignee: unassignedbugs at nondot.org
          Reporter: gabravier at gmail.com
                CC: llvm-bugs at lists.llvm.org
int f(int c)
{
  if (c != 0)
    c /= abs(c);
  return c;
}
This can be optimized to something like `c ? (c >> 31) | 1 : c` (I think). This
transformation is done by GCC, but not by LLVM.
