            Bug ID: 47111
           Summary: Failure to optimize code involving strnlen
           Product: libraries
           Version: trunk
          Hardware: PC
                OS: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: P
         Component: Scalar Optimizations
          Assignee: unassignedbugs at nondot.org
          Reporter: gabravier at gmail.com
                CC: llvm-bugs at lists.llvm.org

size_t f()
{
    return strnlen("", 0);
}

This code can be transformed to `return 0;`. This transformation is done by
GCC, but not by LLVM. This is most likely caused by a lack of a builtin for
strnlen.
