Ok, you're right. I needed to apply 2 more patches that this patch depended on,
but now it seems to work. PR in
https://github.com/msys2/MINGW-packages/pull/5546

Thanks again!

I can finally link my project with lld. This reduces link time from ~26s to
~1s. Amazing!
