The change in f2e7de81c625413a7f682c757ab64e7b63b48800
(https://reviews.llvm.org/D70673) makes some of Google's internal AArch64
benchmarks seg fault.

I'm going to go ahead and revert this for now, in order to unblock the teams
depending on this and will provide a reproducer as soon as possible.
