[cfe-dev] VS2017 Integration

I suspect the issue is going to be that no one has been effected enough by this issue to be motivated to fix it.  However, I know that any patch contributed to fix this would be welcomed favorably.

Dear Devs,

The distribution of LLVM on llvm snapshots<https://llvm.org/builds/>, does still not install on VS2017. In the meanwhile, MS has announced VS2019 already. I realize there are issues with the change in the folder-structure, but there is also a  tool like vswhere. It's hard to comprehend that so much collective brain-power, going into building the best compiler around (ever), fails to solve some (in the end) simple batch file issues. It hampers adoption. There's also vcpkg (LLVM is there, but I'm talking about integration). How about "vcpkg integrate install llvm"?
