Well, the compiler-rt bug is that CMake has no idea about that
sub-directory, for other cmake bug you might want to take a look at
http://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=10050 which I reported like 5 months
ago already.

I am not an autotools fanboy or whatnot, I just want to know if cmake
properly supports all configure options, clearly not.

Shall we stop the flames now? ;)
