We had a separate discussion with @xazax.hun. Let me summarize the outcome. We agreed that we should try our best to provide signatures for all functions (this affects child patches, particularly the POSIX related D79433 <https://reviews.llvm.org/D79433>). Probably, we are not going to need this patch anymore, once we will have done that work.
