Making libcxx compile with gcc 4.6.4

Hi,

There was a long discussion thread about compiler support here:

 http://lists.cs.uiuc.edu/pipermail/cfe-dev/2013-October/thread.html#32834

I currently use MingW gcc 4.6.4 because it's ABI compatible with clang on
Windows.
Rafael is working to make clang compatible with latest MingW 4.8 but that's
not ready yet.

Are the buildbots testing libcxx like they test llvm/clang?

Yaron
