[Release-testers] [llvm-dev] [cfe-dev] 1 week until 13.0.0-rc2 release

Pardon my ignorance, but what is "the server"?  Could you share its URL so that we can download from there instead of github?  The github page still does not have macOS binaries for neither the current release (12.0.1) nor the current rc (13.0.0-rc2).  At least there is a 13.0.0-rc1 binary now, thanks to whoever did that.
